Interesting enough - I saw this site AFTER I received my dress - which is PERFECT! I followed the size chart - ordered the size as indicated - it arrived in less than 2 weeks and it fits like a glove and is simply beautiful!

I bought a dress from them for an upcoming pageant. Luckily I ordered WAY ahead of time. I recieved the dress and one of the seams in crooked in the front of the dress. I had it "made to measure" but there is NO way it was made that way. The top of the dress is about 3 cup sizes to large. I know I won't get anything back from them so now I'm just trying to find someone who can work some magic. I now have to add straps to my "strapless gown" in order for it to look decent. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I also ordered a gown from them that was made incorrectly, entire top of the dress is crooked, bigger on one side than the other.
Can't get a refund either. Where is the government when it comes to these SCAM ARTISTS?

I've had a horrible experience with the company as well. First off, they claim to be a US company, out of Pennsylvania. When I ordered a dress from them, it came folded up in a small plastic bag, sent from China. In fact, that made me wonder if the dress itself had been made in China. The "cutouts" looked more like burn holes, and the dress was about 3 sizes too small. Also, when I tried to simply unzip the dress, the zipper instantly broke. I had to take it to the alteration shop to see if they could do some sort of magic to repair it, and they said it was a lost cause. Trying to contact nexteve about the dress proved to be a nightmare as well. I had a week to buy a new dress before a ball last December, when I had bought the dress (and I ordered 2 months early). The dress ended up just being good for scrap material, if that, and so I just let the alteration shop keep it. I gave up all hope on getting a refund for the dress, but am wondering if there is some place we can make a complaint about the company for false advertising/fraud issues. I advise everyone to steer clear of that company, and to make sure any of their friends, relatives, or even complete strangers learn not to shop through them.

3 working days ago I received totally the wrong dress, wrong style, wrong length, wrong colour and 3 sizes smaller. I have tried e-mailing and phoning but so far no reply - I don't hold out much hope seeing your comments but at least I have a dress of somesort. Just off to the shops to buy another prom dress. ADVICE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are complete scam artists. They have a return policy stated online and tell you you are unable to return their horrible products when you FINALLY get in contact with them. There is hot glue on the dress, you can see stitching and size is WAY off!

do not order from this company...They are scam artists and trying to get your money back is impossible. I too had a dress sent to me with the most obvious defaults. Not wear able to say the least

We have also had a bad experience with this "comapny". We have tried to reach them several times by phone and email with no response. The charge for the dress was quickly taken from our account, but that has been the only thing that went without a hitch. I would suggest that no one buy anything from this site.
