Bloomex-problem quickly resolved - flowers and chocolates

I ordered flowers and chocolates from Bloomex Canada to be delivered to my sister and brother in law for their anniversary. The flowers were delivered on time, and in great condition, but they did not send out the chocolates. When my brother in law told me this, I contact Bloomex, and they apologized and sent out a bigger box than what I ordered the very next day. I read alot of complaints and reviews, and was cautious about ordering from them, however I was very pleased to see that their service and ethics are wonderful, resolving issues right away. Because of the prompt response to my complaint, and their customer service, I will continue to use Bloomex for future flower delivery.
