I am disappointed in the quality of service that is given. The customer service is that of I don't care about our customers because there are many more out there in our network. I signed up for the rebate within the time frame that was given. I did not check... More...

I just got my directv. installed. I was supposed get a rebate online, but for 2 days now I have not been able to get it. I am disgusted. I am about ready to tell them to come and get the directv and shove it.
