At first, when I read this complaint, I thought it might be from a disgruntled ex-employee. I admit we've had a few, not everyone can get along with a perfectionist, expert-mason like me. But now I do recall the condo association pool coping renovation job that went awry. But, there are always two sides to every argument.

Rarely does a situation occur when a customer doesn’t follow the agreed upon payment-schedule. These customers did not get their job completed because they did not make their second payment (as agreed upon in writing) after they received over half of the material ordered. If they had made their agreed-upon next payment, they would have had their job done perfectly, professionally by me, just like ALL our other customers have gotten. Just look at our website. We have hundreds of photos of completed, quality work!
