Beware of Kids Factory , a furniture store located in Orange and San Clemente. I ordered a set of bed furnitures for my daughter for her birthday back in August. I was told the set should arrive in October in time for my daughter's birthday. It is now more than a month overdue. I made more than a dozen phone calls to check on the status. No one bothered to call me back. I finally managed to hunt the owner down, only to be told that the order is in backorder. No explanation nor any apology was given for the failure to return my calls. He refused to cancel the order and give me the money back. I am still trying to explain to my daughter why her bed is not here.
