Beware of ForteInc - Agent 5.0

I have been a user of Fortes agent software for over ten years. Up to this point I haven't had any problems with their software or customer service.

However, wanting to upgrade to their new beta edition of agent 5.0 I was informed by their web page that the beta addition was available and if I paid the upgrade price of $15 I would receive the software and, when available, their final version of agent 5.0.

What I received for my money was nothing. I was informed by their support people that the beta version wasn't available for download and what I had actually bought from them was a
"pre release version".

I told them I wasn't interested in a pre lease version and to refund my money or I would turn the matter over to my credit card fraud people. They refused a refund and as promised I turned them over to the fraud people.
