Check out Linens4you with the BBB of South Florida. They have an F rating. They take your money, never ship the merchandise, then never issue refund. They have been reported to the Florida Attorney General's office. They are not located in Oregon. More...

It's a shame that people like you decide to write such horrible things. I don't believe that a company that goes out of their way to help other people would actually rip them off. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with your order? They probably shipped your order and it was actually stolen by a neighbor? Besides, if you really had a problem with this company, a simple claim to your credit card company would have resolved the problem. Nowadays, anyone can get their monies back if they file a claim with their credit card company (especially if you are saying that this company took your money). I am sure there is something more to your claims. All I know that this company went out of their way for my family and it counts for a whole lot.
