Recently I attended Best Buy in Plano Texas Store #202. My daughter bought me an MP3 player over a year ago but it looked too complicated to install. So I took it too BB and was assisted by Jeff Wilson. He took his time and instructed me on how to install the unite. I am a dufuse when it comes to the new electronics and Jeff came to the rescue. Please convey to him my appreciation. If he is any representation of the rest of the staff, you have a great team.
