Best cable company on west coast - telephone, cable, internet

Complains complains complains.. that's all what customers do. Let me tell you one thing, I've been with Comcast for two years now on everything they have. Their internet simply beats all competition in the west coast at 12Mbps (sometimes higher) for regular and 18Mbps for internet at VERY low prices. Set up is easy as pie and free. And when i changed address.. the guy came 5 hours after i called and i didnt even unpack and i had cable and internet again... not only that.. but they threw in free HBO for six months. Yes.. im not going to act like everything is perfect, sometimes, the internet cuts, or slows down. Simple... reset the modem.. tada... you don't have to bug customer service and make it busier than it is. And a tip.. resetting means unplugging for 3 minutes or more so all the capacitors reset, or else resetting will be useless. I had a complaint because there was a mistake where they double charged my bill.. they added it forward for my credit AND took me back to the promotional price as a bonus.. honestly.. i dont know what people are talking about when they say comcast is a bad company:S... it provides the service.. fast.. clear... Any problems are usually mediocre and everyday, and customer service is very responsive and nice? My whole point... don't listen to people who rant because they didnt realize that thier T.V's stopped working because its the weekly test and its supposed to do that, or the internet stopped working because there was some small problem and they only had to call and reset or whatever... all companies have crap customer service speed.. comcast.. is the better of the worst.. and honestly.. beautiful serivce.. comcast all the way.
