Best Buy Rude Manager in Winston-Salem, NC

To make a long story short, my husband and I were shopping in the computer department for a wireless router at the Best Buy in Winston-Salem, NC. They were very busy and the associates were working very hard. We were patiently waiting for assistance, and all the while, trying to help ourselves by figuring out exactly which one was better for us. A manager, Marty, came up to us and very rudely accused us of grabbing one of the sales associates. We were completely taken off guard as we had not been close to an associate to touch any one, much less, this is something that my husband and I would never do. There was obviously confusion between the accusing associate (we have no idea who this would have been) and this manager. This manager caused an embarrassing public scene and stormed off. We will not shop there again. I believe that if they would review their security tapes, they would see that neither my husband nor I touched anyone. We were humiliated and embarrassed, and will never buy there again. We went to Wal-mart and bought exactly what we needed at the same price as Best Buy. Beware of managers bearing false witness.
