Best Buy NOT THE BEST - No Interest Purchase

I recently purchased an HD television from the Best Buy store in Saginaw MI. I chose to take their 2 year no interest package charged to my BB card. My wife made 3 monthly payments before noticing a charge on each statement for debt cancellation insurance. Over 3 months the charges came to $98. I did not sign up for this option but when we contacted their finance co.They were firm in not refunding our money. They did cancel the insurance going forward. I then contacted Best Buy customer relations to register a complaint. They were very indifferent about the situation and only thanked me for calling. Not even a sorry. Bottom line-Do Not purchase anything at Best Buy on credit. They get you one way or another. My advice-pay a little more if you must and buy at a reputable store.

They did the same to me also. I hope that we can get a class action suit against best buy. They have scammed enough of us with these hidden fees.
