Someone needs to inform these people if they serve food and have tables and chairs. They need a bathroom!!!! I thought there was a law if you have seating you must provide restrooms. I ended up taking my 2year old to the cafe around the corner!!! I will never eat there again! I'm curious as to what they use! I won't stop telling people about the terrible rude service.

We are not allowed to have a public bathroom. The westchester county board of health, and the NYC DEP are in control of croton falls. They are trying to protect the water supply of NYC. Therefore they dont allow us to have a public bathroom. We appologize about not having a public bathroom. The code for westchester says you can have up to 19 seats with no public bathroom. again sorry for the inconvenience.
