Beeping Noise - magic jack phone service

My problem is the beeping people hear when you are talking to them which they tell me is very annoying. Sometimes it is so bad that they can't understand what you are saying because the beeping cuts off you voice. Also the Magic Jack does not work with my Fax machine. I guess you only get what you pay for.

My daughter has a Magic Jack and it makes the same beeping noise. It is HORRIBLE. Very loud and cuts out words. So annoying.
