I had a very bad experience with FotoConnection.com .
I placed an order for a new Sharp 32" HDTV on 12/19/2008 and received it on 1/2/2009 (after 15 days). The driving distance between Brooklyn, NY and my house in CT is 1 hour.

The box looked very suspicious for a brand new TV. There was no indication on the box what is inside, except the word "sharp". I called Sharp USA Inc. and gave them a serial number for this TV and they said that this is a REFURBISHED TV.
So, I paid for a brand new TV and received a refurbished! This is simply called "Consumer fraud".

The FotoConnection.com agreed to do a full refund for me.

Be very careful with this company because something similar could happened to you too.
