The web page notes that with your DVD's you get:

Go to http://www.asontv.com/fitness/melt-it-off-g-ball-fitness-program.html.

It will be available here soon and you don't have to buy the vitamins.

Good luck getting a refund once you send your vitamins back. I sent mine back 6 weeks ago and have not received a refund yet. The people in India have an explanation for this, but I don't understand what they are saying. Seriously!

Sorry to say that you miss the choice at the bottom of the screen where you can click "no thank you" to all the offers you don't want, and just buy what you want. That's what I did and received only the DVD's and the ball of my choice.

Don't get the autoship dvd's either. They say that it's $19.99 per shipment but they charge you $19.99 twice for the first 2 dvd's they send. That's $39.99 for 2 dvd's that aren't worth $19.99.

I disagree with the comment not to buy this program. I love it and it does require you to buy the vitmins but you can stop the order at any time. This is just a selling issue. I have gotten GREAT results from this video did not have to pay a fortune for it. IT WORKS EVERY PART OF THE BODY and I FEEL GREAT in my results.

Ordered via the internet on 5/29/08. Product was never delivered and post office returned it to Melt it Off. Called CS and requested refund or replacement. Rep agreed to send replacement and to refund $10.00 on shipping cost because I complained that $20.00 for shipping was outrageous. Two weeks later I still have no product and call them again. I requested a supervisor this time. She explained that it would be easier to just cancel and reorder and she would issue credit for full amount. Via the tracking # they could tell I had never received the item. I did not reorder and she did issue credit within 5 days. But, 10 days later they charge my card for $30.86. Today I received the 60 capsules, which I did not order. I called them again, spoke w/ supervisor and requested immediate refund and RMA #. She provided both promptly. However, I did advise her that any further activity or charges by that company would cause me to file a complaint with the California Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I'm not playing their game and quite frankly I'm not sure that the 'auto ship' requirement is legal, and if the print is so small that you can't see it on the order page, that too is a problem. Be aware.

All you had to do was cancel the vitamins within 30 days of the purchase date and you would get everything at the price listed.

That is simply not true. You can call and cancel the autoship of the vitamins. There is no penalty for doing that and customer service is very nice. I canceled the green tea vitamins because they made my stomach upset but I still was able to get my future dvd sets which are very good BTW. The autoship dvds are also easily canceled but consider giving them a chance. The cost is 19.99 monthly and your dvd's ship every 60 days. The second set of dvds was much better than the first set that comes with the ball. Go figure. I guess Mitch was tweaking his program. The second set is a cardio melt program that you can customize your workout. It also has the buns and thighs which is killer!

I ordered this online and canceled before it arrived as I did not want the autoship. The customer service reps are a bunch of out of the country nightmares. I wanted to scream by the time I hung up.So, I searched the internet and it seems you may buy without autoship however the company does not make this site easy to find. It is meltitoff.net
Hope this helps
