Bank of America Customer Service NOT!!! - Customer No-service

The employees of Bank of America are taught mantras to repeat over and over again rather than listening and trying to solve any actual problem. My family has a lot of money with Bank of America - and Bank of America does not care. I will remove all accounts as soon as possible and would NEVER do business with Bank of America EVER again.

strongly agree. got shoved to Bank of America when Countrywide closed. I'm taking all the $ out and staying far away from Bank of America.
