I applied for a mortgage almost 3 months ago and was locked at 4-3/4% and then when rates jumped recently I received a form letter stating sorry we can't refinance you under this plan! I am amazed at how poor their responses have been. They are the lamest company I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER do business with them and I have done over 7 mortgages with them before!

Who to contact at Bank of American about mis-management of my Health Savings Account? I have been given the round around for 15 months about resolution of a mistake the bank made. Every time I call I talked to someone with an alias. They won't provide a real name, and then assign a "ticket number" to your problem which never resolved. I need the name of a manager, supervisor or VP.

I say class action suit for poor response time. I have been waiting two months, no one ever calls me back from B of A. I called the local news and they are going to look into it! See if I get any action then, but I doubt it.
