Bad service - Tickets

I used Stubhub to purchase some tickets for an event that my kid wanted to go to. I never received the tickets and they would not refund me my money.

The customer service was awful. I called 3 times and registered complaints and each time they said someone would get back to me. They never did and when I called again, no one had even looked into the complaint.

Needless to say we never got the tickets or the refund.

Their advice: File a police report.
