Bad service - foxy paws service

I also bought a coat at Foxy Paws at Willow Bend Mall-when the item didn't fit I returned it and was told they would order and it would be mailed to me within 7-10 days. A month later with no coat in the mail I attempted to contact the store and got a major run around, when I talked with MICHELLE she was rude, unwilling to resolve the issue without my contact the owner who acted exactly the same, rude and did not care if I got my item once I paid for it. Would never recommend this store and would caution buyer beware.

I feel for you... I've been treated the same way. I only wish I would have read these comments before purchasing from this store.
