Bad service - pizza

I picked up the three pizza mias that I ordered. I did not open the boxes until i got home. When i opened them i noticed that the first one looked different than usual. i opened all three of them and found out they were RAW i mean RAW the dough was half way cooked. I called the pizza hut place (where I bought them from) I told them and they told me to drive back over there. I took the pizzas back over there they gave me three more when i got to the car this time i checked i opened the boxes. All of them were still RAW. I took it back again for the second time. They reheated them. Again i opened them when i was in the car to find one of them still RAW!!! I took it back again for the third time They reheated it again. I always bought my pizzas from pizza hut . I do not plan to go there any more. They did not even apoligize. I did not get any type of discount. I just got reheated pizza.

The services given by the staffs at Pizza Hut (Tesco Ampang, Malaysia branch) were the worse I ever had. I ordered my pizza at 19:46pm and still at 20:30pm I didn't get my pizza.The staff said, wait for another 10 minutes,ok fine, we waited but still the same.Then we go off without having the pizza.I don't like the attitude of some of the staff who answering mobile phone while working and one of the staff didn't wear the uniform, just wearing black t-shirt and jeans.Did they been given any training at all?
