Bad direction company!! - directions

My mom,dad,brother and I were going to Muskegon,MI when we were close to Shoreline Inn and Suites(the hotel)it said to turn right when we had to turn left.We turned right so then we had to turn around.So that threw us off at the time we were suppose to check in!! More...
