Circuit City has deplorable and unrealiable repair service. I submitted my 23" TV to the store on 1/12/2008, and was told it would take 7-10 days. I have called the store 5 times, the warranty 800 number-3 times, and emailed Circuit City 6 times to no avail. As... More...
