Bad customer service - television

Circuit City has deplorable and unrealiable repair service. I submitted my 23" TV to the store on 1/12/2008, and was told it would take 7-10 days. I have called the store 5 times, the warranty 800 number-3 times, and emailed Circuit City 6 times to no avail. As of 2/29/2008 my TV has not returned from repair. Circuit City is not concerned with the treatment of customers after they receive payment.
