Bad Tea / Dirty Restrooms / Rude Mgr - unsweet iced tea

We have loved to stop at McDonald's across the US until recently. The iced tea used to be great and the restrooms were always clean. In this past year there has been a rapid decline in the quality of the iced tea. (8 out of 10 times that we have ordered the unsweet tea it has been bad...old...fermented.) A few times they would make fresh tea and apologize. We don't trust their tea anymore. The restroom cleanliness has suffered greatly as well. We can no longer depend on a clean restroom at McDonalds. Today, the tea was bad and we asked if they had any fresh in the back. (We were very kind and patient and the manager said she would make some more) In about 5 minutes she came back out and in an almost shouting voice began to rant at us saying "we just made that tea a few hours ago and I emptied that batch and made some more and now I'm going to get in trouble because they're always on our backs about wasting" The tea was just bad. I don't know when it was really made they rarely have the correct time/date stamp on the tea container. But I know that I am finished. The tea was bad. The restroom was very dirty and the manager was totally out of line talking to us the way she did. What is happening to our reliable McDonalds? The McDonalds in Houma, Louisiana are in bad shape and really need some help.

YOu need to call the manager or join a secret shopper place that lets you rate them!
