Bad Service - AT&T U-verse service

I have had Uverse for a month. It was fine until something went wrong then it took them three days to get a service man out. The only good thing is that the tech gave me his card so that next time I can contact him directly. Also the quality of the Uverse voice is not very good and it does not work with many fax machines. So keep that in mind in making your decision.

I am going through the same thing too right now, I haven't had cable for three days and there has been no service man out yet. They keep telling me that I am on the list but nobody comes. I am giving them one more day and if they are a now show again, I will be getting them out here to take their stuff and going back to my original cable service.

I like my Uverse package; however, I really miss a couple of features from Time Warner. Search by category (i.e., sports, movies, comedies, thrillers, etc.). The second feature is you could set a reminder for upcoming sprograms--up to months in advance.
PLEASE, PLEASE ADD THOSE FEATURES!!!
