Bad Service - Fries

I tried to send this to McDonald's page but they only accept complains during M-F during reg business hours.

Dear McDonald's:
I can't understand why your Akron location never offers HOT FOOD.

I live in the area and find it convince to go to the area McDonald down the street from me.

Sadly, they seem to have a management problem as many times, I have visited, I noticed that they are low on trays to serve food, salt and pepper are missing food is on the floor left over from other customer.. booths are not clean. This is a disgrace to your company.. I have not said anything cause I did not want to get anyone in trouble..

Yesterday, I when in and ordered just 1 medium fries and a cold drink. I told the gal that took my order " Please make sure it's hot."

She got the cup and put the fries in a bag I reminded her that it is for here. She said's that we are out of trays..I said ok.

I placed my hand on the fries only to find out that they we COLD.

I said that I wanted the fried HOT . She looked at me and walked to get the fried that were just made and said in a loud voice, "Here are your god dam fries".

This was said in front of two managers..I through that was over reacting. And nothing was done or said about it from the mangers on duty.

I say this to be the trueful information as possible. I have do not axe to again McDonald.

As far as what to do, I would certainly not want the girl to loose her job. If it was within my power this certainly should be written on her work record.
