have lost faith in magic jack. Have been trying to rectify an issue for approx 40 days...they continue to inform me that someone from a higher level will contact me...even afer continued (on-line) correspondence,I have not heard a thing. Very frustrating. I agree with Michael, the blogger before me

I've been using the MagicJack for almost 2 years now without one problem. As a matter of fact the International calls, for which you pay extra are fantastic deals. I call China and Europe all the time and the connection is great... I would recommend it to anyone and have converted many AT&T users in the last 2 years without complaint

You're all wet. MagicJack works great for me and I have had no problem in the several months I have used it.
