Bad Product, Worse Customer Service - VS 3/4 padded travel body board bag

My son purchased a VS 3/4 padded travel body board bag and he went to use it for the first time over Christmas on our trip to Hawaii and the main zipper pulled off. We emailed ECBB (East Coast Body Boarding, aka 662 Bodyboard Shop, aka Just Boady Boarding) stating that we'd like to return it for a refund and/or exchange it for a similar bag with a better quality or more durable zipper. Their customer service rep said they "can only give you a $20 store credit for the bag because the purchase was so long ago". The purchase was made only a few months prior, the bag had NEVER been used before, and we spent over $600 on their website!

I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and feel it is bad business to not stand behind a product that was so clearly defective.
