I went to Mattress Mall at Oakland Park and purchased the Dreamakers Beauty Queen Size. That mattress delivered was complete different showed in the showroom store. Bad shape and defected. The salesman told me is going to exchange for another brand because the shipping damage the mattress. I expect for many days and they never delivered the 2nd mattress. At this moment I oppening a case against Mattress Mall in Broward County.

Bad Company, Bad Service, Bad Products...

I had an extremely similar experience with the exact same mattress, in the showroom it was firm and then when it was delivered the middle had a dip in it. When I asked to exchange it for a different type of mattress they made me pay for the difference. The supposedly new mattress was delivered today and it not only has a hole on the corner, but it was obviously used and smelled like it too. I am reporting them as well.
