Bad Customer Service - Nordic Trac Extended Warranty

I have been calling UTS for the past week now and noone ever answers the phone. I've waited on hold for 45 minutes and still noone has answered the phone. It's extremely frustrating. I have called them in the past and never had this issue. I will never buy a product from them again.

This "service" borders on fraud. it takes weeks to get repairs or parts and i have never been on hold for less than 20 minutes

I completely agree with the others about the total lack of phone responsivensess of UTS for extended Nordic Trac warrantry service. It is the worst I have encountered in my entire life.
