Bad Customer Service - air conditioner

I spent over a month having Firestone get my air conditioner fixed. They finally ended up replacing the compressor. Now, they are telling me that it's leaking and I need to replace it again.

I contacted the District Manager, he was going to look into it and call me back. When I didn't hear back from him, I called. They transferred me to his voice mail. When I tried to call back to see if he was even in, they wouldn't answer the phone.

What kind of place are they running? It seems like they don't care about their customers, they only care about ripping you off!
