I took my vehicle to the Firestone in Brookfield Ct and was very dissapointed at the service. I was charged $796.00 for brakes and I thought everything was fine. Four months later, I was putting new tires on my car and I was told by two different people that I had no brakes. I told them that they must be mistaken because I just got a full brake system put in the car and had to receipt to show them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
