I went to Fantastic Sam's in O'Fallon, MO on Friday evening, February 27, 2009. What took place was really a travesty of incompetence. That said, FOX2 has run a story of my situation and my story along with pictures of what happened can be seem at a website I created: http://fantasticsamsbutchered.com Th owner of the franchise nor anyone from their corporate office has done nothing to make restitution let alone apologize for this matter. The incompetent person that did this, Kim, is still in their employ regardless of my request she be terminated from the company. I, a father of 2 special needs children, have lost $2500 because my appearance has made me have to cancel a trip to fulfill the obligations previously planned. I'd like to know why Fantastic Sams refusing to address this situation directly and responsibly?

Vernon the owner of the Fantastic Sams in O'Fallon, MO is a complete A**Hole. I'm a stylist and I used to work at one of his salons. He does not do hair or know anything about hair for that matter. That's why peope who do not do hair should not own salons. Another thing, Fantastic Sams does not require a stylist to do a technical interview when they are hired. You simply fill out an application and get hired. Just because someone has a Cosmetology License doesn't mean they can do hair. The stylist who did this should be fired and the state of Missouri should revoke her License indefinately so she cant hurt anyone else.
