BREAKFAST - chicken biscuit combo

I am sorry to let you know this, but my son and I ate breakfast at one of your location in SC this morning. It was awful. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo, and the hashbrowns was burnt, the chicken on my sandwich was burnt, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. The only thing good about my breakfast this morning was my orange juice.
My son got the french toast combo, and his hashbrowns was burnt also. The only reason the french toast was good is bc it comes in a package to where they only had to warm them up!
