I used an online florist called Bloomex Canada. I think there website is bloomex.ca
They have a large flower selection and pretty good prices, too. They asked me for my feedback even after the order was done and I told them:

I wish I could be as positive as jago...unfortunately, all my recipient got were wilted flowers and a teddy bear whose seams were all torn. not to mention they were a birthday present that arrived 2 days late. Thanks bloomex!
I'm glad someone got what they asked for. After missing the delivery date by hours, delivering 11 of 12 roses with 2 broken, the "longest lasting flowers" have completely wilted and died. But, to quote Bloomex Public relations: ' I'm sure the recipient appreciated the intent'
