I visited Bioderm sometime back and was very dissatified with the procedures that were performed by Bioderm. Like a lot of others I did nothing except for stop using Bioderm. After reading many complaints about this business I have decided to write a review as well. I had laser hair removal performed by Bioderm and saw no results, absolutely none. I asked for an appointment with the manager and could never get a commitment from them I left my number many times and the manager did not once return my phone calls. I have to agree with the other complaints i have read. Choosing to use Bioderm your simply throwing your monies away. They collect up front for a reason "THEY DO NOT DELIVER". I would not recommend anyone to use Bioderm skin and laser center.

I agree with the reviews!! PLEASE LISTEN! DO NOT USE BIODERM!! You would get better results if you drove thru McDonalds and asked them to put the hot lamp that they use to keep fries warm on your face!! I did not research them and their practices prior to using them. It is owned and operated by a Dr.Winn and his wife Tran who is either an aesthetician, or physcians assistant. I spent over 1,000 for fotofacial treatments; and absolutely without any change. I am disputing their charges and prcedures. They lied right to my face telling me that fair skinned people are more resistant to treatments of fotofacials than darker skinned people. I found out this is absolutely not true. Do not use this company, go to an actual dermatologist with knowledge and experience.

i went to bio derm to do the acne treatment and was told that it would be 100% that i would never have acne again. and i would never have to spend money on acne cremes or anything related to acne. well guess what...i have acne and had to buy proactive to take the acne way. i spent over $1000 for a treatment that has yet to take the acne away. i also did the laser hair removal and did not work either. i do not recommend nobody going to get any or their treatment.
