BEWARE - Motorola L7 Cell phone

This company is running a scam. The motorola cell phone I bought from them would not charge from a wall outlet and i wanted to return it but they have a 10 day remption period which I exceeded by about 5 days. I called Motorola and they advise me they would not warrant the phone because it was made for the asian market and is not warranted in the USA. N1 wireless does not disclose that Motorola does not warrant the phone in the USA and they are certainly aware of this and should disclose this critical information to the customer before the purchase. So I,m stuck with a defective phone.
