HAD CARPET INSTALLED WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE SAMPLE PUT A COMPLAIN IN AN GOT THE RUN AROUND NEVER AGAIN AND NOW MY CARPET IS STARTING TO SHREAD AND ALWAYS VACCUM EVERY DAY IT LOOKS LIKE DOG HAIR AND I HAVE NO DOG THEY ARE BRUTAL

I had same issue in NJ. Sales rep showed different sample from delivered carpet so I refused the carpet... they agreed its cheaper than the sample so they shipped "the correct" carpet...I just refused that inferior carpet lat night... bait & switch was the exact term I used as well... I think there may be a class action issue here...bill
