even when the weather is good here in france asked for pickup monday wendnesday night cancelled pickup had no call to say what happend no sorry ended up using the post

I have boxes due 12/22 that are still not here in Happy Valley. I have called 25 times, went to the depot, emailed 15 times and not one person at UPS can tell me where the boxes are or when I will get them. This is inventory for my business and I have already lost customers and no one at UPS seems to care.
