I shop at Ace Hardware near my house
located near downtown Miami, every time
I trie to retuern a product they seem not to honor the retuern policy, this week they wanted to charge me 30% re stock fee on stainless screws, they claim iT'S a new policy, the manager was very rude, took me out side the store and told me that he will not charge me the re stock fee. Today I retuernd to the store to buy paint, as I am walking to my car the manager and the owner come to talk with me, the owner is saying I was abusing his manager and he asked me to do him a favor and not shop at the store anymore. Shame Ace hardware for treating customers this way. This is why everyone loves shopping at Homedepo or lowes.
