BAD FOOD AND SERVICE - COLD AND OLD FOOD

WE WENT INTO McDONALD'S IN PUEBLO YESTERDAY TO GET JUST A QUICK BITE TO EAT AND THE SERVICE WAS SO SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED A 6 PC NUGGUT HAPPY MEAL AND THE STUPID KID COULD NOT RING IT UP RIGHT. WE ALSO ORDERED 2 BIG MAC'S THE FOOD WAS ALL COLD THE FRENCH FRIES WERE ICE COLD COOKED IN OLD OIL, AND COOKED TWICE. I WORKED IN FAST FOOD AND I KNOW WHEN IT IS COOKED TWICED. MY CHILD WHO ALWAYS EATS THE FULL 6 NUGGETS DIDN'T WANT TO EAT THEM . SHE IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD AND SHE SAID "YUCKY". IF A 3 YEAR OLD SAYS YUCKY AND WON'T EAT YOU KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE EATING AT McDONALD'S ANYMORE. THERE ALSO WAS NO NAPKINS OR KETCHUP AVAILABLE.

McDonalds and the glutts that own it stay busy and get rich by creating fat the same heart attack causing fat that feeds their corporate greed. Boycott Mcdonalds! I do!

id write a letter of complaint, this is a serious breach. health and safety issues because of the fries being recooked, and the oil not being changed/filtred. nuggets are actually expensive (suprisingly), so management doesn't like wasting them when your supposed to. napkins and ketchup should ALWAYS be in stock, again, health and safety as well as service.
