BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Recently I visited store # 234 in Olympia, WA. I was less than impressed with the customer service.

As I made my through the store I was finally greeted in the clearance section. I asked the two associates about a particular shirt and was never given an answer. I must have interrupted their Starbucks Coffee break. I then walked over to the men’s section where I was forgotten about completely. DID I MENTION I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE? Being a former retail manager I was appalled.
