BAD CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Corporate thinks if you complain a few times over the period of year(s) you are unreasonable and NOT entitled to a response or for them to make good on THEIR poor service/quality item. In this economic time if I pay for a $5 drink I would like it to be what I ordered not what the employee chooses and when they scrape it off to make it seem like they made what I wanted and an inch or more of the drink is gone, do they really think I will not notice? And when you complain Caribou wishes you well if you have complained before and this was only after 3 or 4 emails to them would they EVEN BOTHER to respond. So, I say they don't give you what you want Send them an email and get a FREE drink on their buck!!!
