I CALLED AND I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MIN AND WHEN THEY FINALLY AWNSERD THE GUY WAS RUDE UTS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BIG TIME NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY WARRANTY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Currently experiencing the very same issue. I've been on hold for the 3rd time. Gave up first time, disconnected 2nd and now I'm on for the long haul, which so far is 27 min. Very poor service and an incredible waste of time.
