BAD!!!!!!!!! - carpet

One word BAD!! Don't use this company! I should have read all the bad reviews before booking. To make a LONG story short, we were scheduled to have carpet. AFter waiting for 3 1/2 hrs. I called and they said that they were on their way. AFter 4 1/2 hours installers came only to tell us that they didn't have enough carpet and they measurements weren't right. AFter telling us they would come back, they never did. Now National Floors is saying we CAN"T get out of our contract which states you have 3 days to cancel. They are horrible to deal with, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT , THEY ARE CROOKED!!!!

BUYER BEWARE. We too were taken by this company and have filed bbb and atty general complaints against them. Do not do business with this company.
