Awful Service - DirecPath Cable Services

My apartment complex has a contract with them. They are awful. Their cable service is constantly out, and their customer service on the phone is awful.

Their technicians cannot seem to repair things, and their reps over the phone seem to have no clue about their services. I would never recommend this company's services to anyone.

DirecPath should go directly to H E L L - They are the most outdated "satellite" company in the world. They have a monopoly in my divelopment as well and I cannot believe that in this day and age that we cannot get the services we wish to have. There is No DVR available, No reception, No Program Info to let you know what you are watching on any channel. I am totally frustrated and find it hard to believe that this contract cannot be broken.!!!!
