The shipping was very slow. They charge first eventhough they dont have it in stock. The product is in very poor quality. Brake pads were "made in china". The rotors are thinner and warped easily. One of 4 was warped right after out of box. Another one was warped after 2 months of driving. Forget about lifetime warranty. They ask you to submit the report of a certified technician. Also, the return shipping is 2/3 of the original cost.

The people at Beakeplanet are liars! Everyone, even the president lies from both faces. I ordered a set of roters and pads for a Honda Odyssey. They promised it would arrive in a week, it took TWO months. Then it was the WRONG set! I was on the phone with them for hours. I had the service manager promise that I would get the correct set in a week. Of course, it did not arrive. I called again, they made up an excuse and promised it would arrive the following week. Again it did not arrive and I called again, again another excuse. This went on for another TEN weeks! Some of the excuses I was told were “someone lost the order”, “the roters had not come in from the manufacturer (slow boat from China I guess)”, “the roters have to go out to the machine shop”, “the roters came in but had black paint that had to be removed”, “your roters were on a special pallet that had to have something special done to them”. I even had the president of Brakeplanet GIVE ME HIS WORD TWICE that they would ship on time and TWICE his word was worthless. When the brakes finally came in the pads squeaked so bad I had to throw them away and buy new pads from AUTOZONE . The only thing they did quickly was charge my credit card!!!! What a wasted of time and money!!!!!

The conditions of our warranty are not a big secret. They are posted all over our website. As a merchant you hold us responsible to honor our warranty and we require the same for our customers. Same situation here, the rotors was warped from day one. Called them and they refused to exchange because I did not have a certified tech to install the rotor which void the warranty! Spread the news, they are big rip offs!
