The shipping was very slow. They charge first eventhough they dont have it in stock. The product is in very poor quality. Brake pads were "made in china". The rotors are thinner and warped easily. One of 4 was warped right after out of box. Another one was warped after 2 months of driving. Forget about lifetime warranty. They ask you to submit the report of a certified technician. Also, the return shipping is 2/3 of the original cost.

Same situation here, the rotors was warped from day one. Called them and they refused to exchange because I did not have a certified tech to install the rotor which void the warranty! Spread the news, they are big rip offs!
