Comcast Complaint

Avoid this company, unbelievably poor customer service - telephone, cable, internet

I transferred my service to a new address 12 days ago and still do not have email service, and phone service is unreliable. Customer service has not offerred any explanation or made any attempt to fix the problem. They did send a bill however.
