Don't shop or buy from shop kitson !!! EVER!!!! I wish I had read all the horror stories before I placed my order. I have had one order cancel without being notified after no communication for two weeks. The manager refused to cancel another order after I had not heard about the status of my order in over a week and a half and I attempted to call for three days (busy signal or no one picked up) and sent several emails when the package had NOT even shipped yet - it was sitting in the shipping department! I had all my phone and email records in hand and they said because they did not "view" the emails before they charged my card and all sales items are final, they refused to cancel my order. They are the WORST business!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!!!

I feel the same way!!! They are horrible, really bad customer service. Can't return anything that is on sale not even to exchange the size. The manager Jenny Lee is very rude. They sale the same merchandise as in Nordstrom only 3 times more expensive. DON't SHOP THERE!!!

ditto to the above comment. I placed a order "rush" because they were 'moving' my order came minus 4 of the ordered items,7 days later. I read their return policy and to my horror I could only return one of the three received items because they 'donot accept returns on sale items' I tried calling the phone numbers, faxed a letter and e-mailing but never got any answer. The phone numbers never answered, the e-mails came back to me & the fax was never acknowledged. Last week the phone was finally answered and I was told I had been given a credit, & that I would get a e-mail confirmation, which has still not arrived.
what kind of business is this? I feel like I was taken, oh & the credit is short $150, with no explanation. I will never 'shopkitson' again.
