I had a DV2000 laptop. I sent it in for extended warranty repair. There were three things wrong with it. When it came back the 8X LightScribe DVD was replaced with 4X standard DVD. When returning it to get re-refixed, I was unable to get any information about the status of the computer, nor was I able to escalate the issue. I will no longer purchase anything from HP, no printers, scanners, ink cartridges or computers.
